WTR technology: WALK TO RIDE

THE DAWN
OF A NEW ERA

The new XT range is now compatible with WTR rocker soles or “Walk to Ride”.

So what is WTR?

WALK AND HIKE
WITH MORE EASE
AND COMFORT

The introduction of WTR soles signals a new era for skiers and bids farewell to the typical halting, awkward stride associated with walking and hiking in ski boots. WTR provides the binding compatibility and downhill performance of an Alpine boot combined with the walking ease associated with Touring boots.

WTR SOLES

A new standard in ski boot soles, WTR or “Walk to Ride” is an intermediary between traditional Alpine soles and rockered, grippy Touring soles, offering the best of both worlds. The new LANGE XT & XC collections are now compatible with both WTR and traditional Alpine soles offering even better walking comfort, without sacrificing protection or performance.

DUAL WTR TECHNOLOGY

The Dual WTR Ski Bindings allow to switch from an alpine ISO 5355 sole to the WTR (Walk To Ride) rocker sole with a simple twist of a screwdriver. The WTR technology combines an exceptional level of comfort and walkability with the same level of safety and performance as an alpine set when you are skiing.
