Can you please explain more clearly the difference between the ZA and the ZA+? How the last is different, is the sole pre-ground to DIN, is it ground to 0, etc? Thank you.

I can't see any difference beeween ZA and ZA+ in the description, all two are 120 flex 92mm ..
